SHIPPING
each piece is individually handmade. as a small business all orders are prepared and packaged by me. please allow 3–7 business days before shipping. if you need an order for an important date please get in touch.
orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen Plus standard shipping. if you can't find your country at checkout please email me at hello@unfold-space.com.
- shipping in Europe: €15
- shipping outside of Europe: €25
- shipping in Hungary: 2500ft
please note, all custom duties and/or import taxes that may apply for shipping outside the EU is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, complete and in the original packaging. items that show signs of wear or damage won't be refunded.
please send an email to hello@unfold-space.com with your contact information and proof of purchase if you wish to make a return.
please ship your return using a tracked shipping service. unfold is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
the cost of delivery can not be refunded in any orders. the refund time depends on the customers credit card company.
for international customers, please note that duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
if you receive an item that is damaged or defective please send me an email to hello@unfold-space.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item.
i cover return shipping costs in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
